حي زقاق الطيار ويسمى أيضاً "أحواش زقاق الطيار" هو أحد أحياء المدينة المنورة القديمة، تقع في الاتجاه الغربي للمسجد النبوي. يبدأ من شارع المناخة الذي تم استبداله بنفق المناخة الحالي و يبدأ من شمال مسجد علي بن ابي طالب و المسجد موجود حاليا على شارع السلام النازل

 

 

سبب تسمية (زقاق الطيار)و (زقاق جعفر) بهذا لأسم

زقاق جعفر
سمي نسبة لعائلة جعفر الطيار المنسوبة لآل البيت.

زقاق الطيار
وسمي بهذا الاسم نسبة لأحد سكانه من عائلة الطيار

الأستاذ عبدالرحمن الحميد في كتابه المعروف بإسم ذكريات وخواطر 

عن طيبة الطيبة في طبعـته الأولى عام 1416هـ..

يقع زقاق الطيَّار غرب المسجد النبوي الشريف ويبدأ من جهة المناخة وينفذ 

إلى شارع السيح من جهته الغربية وبيوته مبنية بالحجر والطين على ارتفاع 

دورين أو ثلاثة أحياناً وهو يحتوي على العديد من الأحواش والأزقة والسقائف 

ويقول الأستاذ عبدالرحمن الحميد في كتابه المعروف بإسم بذكريات وخواطر 

عن طيبة الطيبة في طبعـته الأولى عام 1416هـ..(يُعتبر زقاق الطيارسابقاً 

من الأحياء الكبيرة في المدينة المنورة وهو ذو كثافة سكانية كبيرة وبه أحواش 

عديدة متفرعة منه يميناً ويساراً ومن مميزات الزقاق أن مدخله يطل على 

الشارع الرئيسي شارع المناخـة وتحُف بمدخله مراكز عديدة لتجمعات الأهالي 

لقضاء أوقات فراغهم ومن أهم هذه المراكز قهوة الحادي وقهوة المُعَلم والكثافـة 

السكانية في الزقاق ناتجة عن تلاصق البيوت في الأحوشـة وعلى نفس الشارع 

بحيث كان عدد البيوت في معظم الأحوشة يزيد على خمسة عشر بيتاً تقريباً وفي 

كل بيت يسكن رب الأسرة ووالداه وأبناؤه وإخوانه مع أطفالهم مما يدل على أن 

الأسرة كانت متماسكة ومُـتـعاضدة وأستعرض هنا ذكر أسماء الأحوشة التي كانت 

موجودة فيه وسأبدأ من نهاية زقاق الطيار أي من الغرب إلى الشرق الأحوشة التي 

كانت موجودة في الجهة اليُمنى لزقاق الطيار والبيوت التي كانت قبل الأحوشة من 

ناحية اليمين هي بيت أبو مائلـة أو الرماش وعائلة محمد العامر الرميح وبعدها يأتي 

حوش سكر وكان يسكنه العوائل التالية عائلة حميّد عبد الله الحميّد وعائلة حسن 

عفَّان وعائلة السيد عباس جمل الليل وعائلة أحمد الفار وعائلة زيـن فارسي وعائلة 

بكر عبده وفي مدخل الحوش عائلة علي الحـيدري وعائلة أبوالحسن وعائلة سليمان 

بدر الينبعاوي وكان هناك فرن للعيش هو فـرن الصواف ويطل على زقاق الطـيار 

وعلى مدخل حوش سكر وبعد الفرن يأتي بيت القصاص وحوش مسعود ويلي حوش 

سُكَّر وكانت تقطنه عوائل عدة منها عائلة عبد الرحمن الحجيلان وعائلة ناصر خالد 

الحميد وعائلة أبو دريهم وعائلة أبو الحسن ثم يأتي بيت عبد الله أبو ربعـيَّة وبيت 

محبَّت ثم يأتي حوش شلبيَّة وممَّن يسكـنه عائلـة محمـود الصائـغ وعائلـة أبوعـنق 

وعوائـل أخرى لا أذكرها ثم يأتي بيت علي الصائـغ يليه بيت أحمـد المصري وبعـده 

يأتي حوش قمر وممن يسكن هـذا الحـوش عائلـة صالـح المغربي وعائلة محمد الفهد 

الوهيبي وعائلـة أبو طربوش ويأتي بعد الحوش فـرن شريك العُمَري وكان من أشهر

من يعمل هذا النوع من الشريك أبوالسمسم أوالكعك ويأتي بعده بيت محمد الحمد يليه 

سقيفة بداخلها ثلاثة بيوت تقريباً ثم يأتي بيت البلاع ثم بيت عَصَر يليه حوش الجربي 

وممن كان يسكنه عائلة منصور عامر ونفـاع الرحيلي ويلي الحوش بيت الصواف ثم 

مسجـد العماري وبعدهـما يأتي حـوش ورده وممن كان يسكنه الشيخ محمد الخضر 

مايابي الشنقيطي وأبناؤه ومحمـد الأمـين والشيـخ المُجـتبى الشنقيـطي وبيت الشاذلي 

وبعـد الحوش يأتي مستودع كبيركان يستعمله القادمون من مكة على حميرهم ويطلق 

عليهـم لقب الركب ويلي المستودع بيت حمـوده ثم حوش الوقف وكان ممن يسكنه بيت 

أبي حسان وتقـف الأحوشـة بعد ذلـك لمسافة مائة وخمسين متراً تقريباً ثم يأتي حـوش 

درج ويقع في مدخل زقاق الطيارويطل على شارع القشاشي أوشارع المحاريس 

وبجانب مدخـل حـوش درج كـان يجلـس باعـة الفصم أو النّوى المدشوش المُبلَّل بالماء 

حيث كان يستخدمـه الناس كـغـذاء للأغـنام وفي مدخـل الحـوش في الناحيـة اليمنى 

للمتجـه إلى الحرم يأتي بيت الكردي ثم دكان عابد وبعـد استعراضي للأحوشة التي 

كانت في الجهة اليُمنى يتطلَّب الأمـر مني ذكر الأحوشة التي كانت موجـودة في الجهة 

اليسرى للمتجـه إلى الحرم قبل ذكر الأحوشة التي كانت على يسار المتجـه إلى الحرم 

أبدأ أولاً بذكر البيوت التي على الشارع وقبل الأحوشة حيث كان فيها بيت رشيد 

المزعل وعائلة الفوال عائلة زين فاخورجي ومنزل محمد العايد ثم بيت أحمـد 

التكروني ثم تأتي أربعة بيوت لا أذكر اسم مـن كان يسكـنها ثم يأتي حوش السمان وكان 

مكتظاً بالسكان أذكر منهم عائلة محمد السليم وعائلة عبيِّد المحلولي وعائلة محمد عقَّاد 

وبعد الحوش يأتي بيت خليفة ومبارك الظاهري ثم دكان عوده ولعـل الشيء اللطيف هنا 

هو أن هذا الدكان بمثابة ما يسمى حالياً بالسوبر ماركت حيث كان كل من يرتاده يجد فيه 

كل ما يحتاجه عدا اللحوم ثم يأتي حوش هتيم وكان يسكن في مدخله عائلة شعيب التركي 

ثم عائلة الخيمي وعائلة محمد عبد القادرالمُلقب بدعبس وعائلة سليمان الشلاش وعائلة 

يوسـف الهَمَّ وعائلـة عـيسى الصويَّغ وعائلة عبدالكريـم السيـف وعائلـة عبيّـِد القـريان 

وعائلـة جمعـة بدوي وأبناءه خضر وخليل وعائلة عبد الله الشلاش ويأتي بعـد الحـوش 

بيت أبو عـنق ومنزل عبد الله الرشيد المُلقـب بالمشحـن ثم يأتي بعد ذلك فرن أسعد 

شربيني للخبز ثم منزل الشربيني وبعده عدة بيـوت ثم حـوش المغـربي وكـان ممـن

يسكنه عبد الله فرج الـزامل وإخوانـه محمد وأحمد ووالدتهم ويلي حوش المغربي بيت 

صالح القبلان ومنزل محمد العائد وبيوت عِدَّة أخرى لا أذكر أصحابها ثم يأتي بيت عُمدة 

زقاق الطيار سابقاً السمكري ويأتي بعـده حوش خير الله وممن كان يسكنها الشيخ محمد 

التركي المدرِّس بالمسجد النبوي الشريف وعائلة أبو جلاَّس ثم يعقب الحوش فرناً للعيش 

والشريك أبوالسمن ويعقب الفرن حوش كرباش وممن كان يسكنه بيت خريص وبيت فهيم 

الدين وعائلة ناصر وصالـح المنيـع الخليـوي(والسيد رشيد طه الغزي والد الشاعرمحمد 

هاشم رشيد رحمهما الله والشيخ أسعد عبدالغني رحمه الله)وحوش كرباش هذا له 

مدخلان أحدهـما على زقـاق الطـيار(فالأول عبارة عن سقيفة أو ممر ضيق جداً من الجهة 

الجنوبية الغربية مـن حـوش كرباش وبه عـدة بيـوت مـنها بيت أبو السعود مخـدوم رحمـه

الله ومدخل الحوش الآخر يقع على الجهة الشرقية على شارع المناخة)وأذكر أنه عندما 

تولى الملك سعود الحُكم رحمه الله كلَّف أناساً بتوزيع الصدقات على المحتاجين وكان 

مقرُّهـم حوش كرباش في الجهة المطلة على شارع المناخة ويأتي بعد حوش كرباش من 

الناحية المطلة على زقاق الطيار المنازل التالية وهي بيت أسعد خليفة وبيت عبد الله 

السبيعي وبيت حلابة وبعد هذه المنازل يأتي زقاق العاصي وكان يسمى أيضاً زقاق 

الكلاب ثم دكان محمد نشارلبيع الأشرطة الغنائية ثم منازل عدة يأتي بعدها دكان حسن 

كبيروهو آخر نقطة لزقاق الطيار من الجهة اليسرى حيث يأتي بعده شارع المناخة).
